昭和初期日本海軍の重巡洋艦青葉の
完成品模型です。
青葉もなかなか逸話のある船で
昭和初期のSF作家 海野十三さんが
一時期従軍作家として乗艦してた。
最後も呉で修理のため繋留中に
空襲を受け防空砲台として
戦ったが被弾して着底して
そのまま終戦となった
(箱の写真はそのときのものでしょう)
