御本三島の狂言袴水指です。
萬古焼の清水茂生の作品。

清水茂生(しみずしげお)
三重県四日市、萬古焼の茶陶家。
明治38年　四日市に生まれる。
16歳より兄、清水楽山に師事する。
昭和6年に四日市本郷町に開窯し、唐物写に専念。
昭和45年11月に没す。
