伊賀焼き  香山窯

長年飾ってあったものです
高さ 27.5㎝ 直径13㎝程

伊賀焼は、非常に頑丈で火に強い特性を持っていることや、素朴さや自然、材質の質感をそのまま感じさせる特徴的な見た目などが挙げられます。すぐ隣の信楽焼と比べて硬く、また、やや重みがあります。焼く時の窯中の状態によって、焼き物の色や形に色々な変化が表れることを「窯変（ようへん）」と言いますが、この窯変によるビードロというガラス質や焦げの付き具合、そして器そのものの力強い形や色が、伊賀焼の特徴となっており、こちらの花器にもよく表れていると思います。
